About One Brent

One Brent is a CIC set up to benefit the diverse communities living in Brent with a specific focus on the South Asian communities living in the borough.

Our Vision is to ensure that the diverse communities living in Brent feel heard, represented and empowered by organising cultural and sporting events where they can come together and get involved.

As individuals with lived experience and South Asian heritage, we will focus particularly on supporting South Asian communities in Brent by helping them showcase their culture, celebrate their traditions and raise awareness of their heritage which will enhance community cohesion across the borough.

By organising a diverse range of cultural and sporting events throughout the year, including celebrations of important cultural occasions, One Brent will support the borough’s visitor economy and enhance Brent’s reputation as a vibrant, inclusive cultural borough.
